Well, thanks to a high court decision, Texas authorities are being forced to return kids back to their parents. It seems that the evidence of child abuse is not as damning as initially thought. Remember, the whistle blower turned out to be an impostor. Not an abused teen. Sure, polygamy gets Americans a little wiggy, and moderns seem to think there is something implicitly wrong in young women marrying and bearing children during their peak child-bearing years. But, hey, I think its kinda obvious that randomly separating children from moms and dads is as abusive of an act as ever ther was. Thankfully, the courts have agreed.
